Using the combination of breath work practices and energy work to help you move past stuck emotions, traumas deep in the body, and as well as overcome limiting beliefs from childhood.
About Me
Services
Setting intentions is crucial for focused work, whether it’s preparing for a difficult conversation or finding grounding. Our bodies play a central role in feeling safe, and addressing deep-seated traumas is essential for overall well-being.
Energy work helps move emotions through your chakra systems, and my role is to guide you, not heal you. I assist in building a roadmap for your healing journey. Different chakra systems require various modalities, and I specialize in rewiring the brain.
While affirmations target the conscious mind, breathwork delves into the subconscious. Talk therapy may relive trauma, but breathwork somatically moves energy out of the body. It’s a more effective way to address limiting beliefs and rewire the brain.
If you’re ready to change limiting beliefs and start living the life you deserve, let’s get to work.
"Loved the breath work experience I took with Liz! She is amazing and really helped you to channel your inner emotions. I felt amazing after the breath work course and did wonders for me! She follow up I the days after to make sure I was feeling good. She is a great mentor and taking her class gave me a more of an appreciation for myself and my emotions/! It was great that she was so knowledgeable with this area of work and made me feel comfortable the entire session. She provided great cues and recommendations if I didn't feel good, She also made sure I wasn't getting too exhausted for certain breathing techniques. I recommend taking a class with her, she won't disappoint! Thank you again for all your help! It was amazing!"
