I grew up in a dysfunctional family, thinking my whole life that there was something wrong with me because my family neglected my emotional, mental, and spiritual needs. I also grew up suffering from severe anxiety and panic attacks. Throughout my journey, I got into various coaching relationships, and they ended up extremely toxic, manipulating me because I was trying to heal and fill the void within myself. Now, I realize why none of this worked—it’s up to me to fill that void; no one else can do it for me. I want to be a guide for you all, a lighthouse. c. Yoga Mat or Cushion: For comfortable sitting or lying down.

d. Blanket: To stay warm, as body temperature might drop.
